An Ode to Womenhood

Toasting to all good men in my life
On this women's day;
Who have been there;
When we lost faith in humanity.
For being there;
To reassure, we are not just objects.
For being there;
To bring back that smile again.
For being there;
As a more protective shield.
For being there;
To pamper and care when broken.
For being there;
To celebrate my small happiness.
For being there;
To wipe off my tears when we cried bad.
For being there;
To prove there requires more good men
For us to feel safe in this world.
And
Thanking all those wonderful women
Who set those morale so high.
For showing us how to fly,
When the wings were broken.
For showing the way rightful,
When stuck upon darkness.
For showing us how to smile,
Amidst those painful hurts.
For showing us how to stride,
Those hard tides and storms.
And
Adorning that wonderful Spirit,
Which created that souls in two.
To unite in grace to prove
That neither wins if not.
